Bunbeam Privacy Policy

Data used by the app

Bunbeam does not collect or transmit your messages, contacts, photos, location, device identifiers or sticker usage to Chapin Holdings. The app does not contain advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and it does not upload the content of your conversations to us.

The stickers are included with the app and are loaded locally. Apple’s Messages app and the operating system handle the conversation, sticker placement and message delivery. Bunbeam does not provide us with your conversation transcript or the identities of the people you message.

We do not sell app data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Apple services

Apple handles the App Store download and purchase, message delivery and operating-system services. Apple may process purchase, device or diagnostic information under its own policies and your settings. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. The current Bunbeam app has no in-app purchase flow.

If you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, device details, a description of the problem or an attachment. We use that information to answer you, investigate the issue and provide support. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store those messages.

We keep support correspondence as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please avoid sending private conversation content, passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by contacting the address below, subject to any recordkeeping requirements that apply.

This privacy page and the support website

This privacy page is on chapinholdings.com, hosted through Shopify. Bunbeam’s support website is hosted separately through Sites. Loading either website sends connection and request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to its hosting service to deliver the page and operate securely. These website services are separate from the Bunbeam app.

Email links open your chosen email app. Information is sent to our support address only if you choose to send the message.

Your choices

There is no Bunbeam account to delete and no developer-held sticker-usage history to request. You can remove the app through your device’s app management settings. Apple’s purchase history, Messages content, backups and diagnostics are controlled through Apple’s services and your device settings.

For questions about this policy, privacy requests concerning a support email, or concerns about information a child may have sent to support, contact us. We do not ask users for their age or knowingly request children’s personal information through the app.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if Bunbeam’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
