Every Emoji Reaction

Every Emoji Reaction Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

Effective date: October 28, 2026. This policy covers Every Emoji Reaction, a Messages sticker app published by Space Age Industries LLC, a Chapin Holdings company.

Your conversations stay private. We do not collect message text, recipients, conversation history, clipboard contents, photos, or the contents of your Messages conversations. Choosing a sticker is measured as an app interaction; it does not tell us whether you sent a message or who received it.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your favorites and their order, recently selected reactions, preferences, a random app installation identifier, usage counters, and the current weekly selection on your device. Every week, the app selects 15 reactions for you to use as often as you like. Your favorites and recent selections are not uploaded as lists. Individual catalog choices and aggregate counts may be included in the analytics described below.

Product analytics and pricing experiments

We use Amplitude to understand how the app is used and where it needs improvement. Events include sessions, active use days, session duration, catalog and collection interactions, reaction selections and counts, search activity and result counts, favorite actions, paywall views and dismissals, the product and price shown, experiment assignment, purchase and restore actions and outcomes, and technical error categories. Search events contain query length and result counts, not the search words you type.

We use RevenueCat to manage purchase reporting and compare purchase-screen offers. RevenueCat processes a random pseudonymous app customer identifier and purchase information such as product and transaction identifiers, purchase and entitlement status, refunds, currency, storefront, price, and experiment information. Amplitude and RevenueCat use the same pseudonymous app identifier so we can relate app behavior to purchase outcomes. No named account is required.

These services receive app and device information, pseudonymous app and device identifiers, operating-system and app versions, language, timestamps, technical error information, and technical network information. We disable Amplitude's identifier-for-vendor collection and IP-based analytics, and disable RevenueCat's automatic device-identifier collection. A receiving service still sees technical information such as an IP address when processing a network request. The app does not collect an advertising identifier, display advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.

Purchases and restoring access

Apple processes the optional non-consumable purchase that unlocks all available reactions. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation show the applicable product and price. We do not receive your payment-card details, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. The app verifies access through Apple's StoreKit service and supports restoring purchases with the same Apple Account. A RevenueCat reporting failure does not remove access to a purchase that Apple has verified.

Optional emoji suggestions

When you choose Submit in Suggest emoji, the text you enter (up to 1,000 characters) is sent to Amplitude with a suggestion identifier, submission time, the app's pseudonymous identifier, and app context. We review these records to plan reactions and improve the app. We do not send an abandoned draft. A submitted suggestion is kept in an on-device outbox until the service acknowledges it; if you are offline, it can be retried when you use the app again. Please do not include passwords, payment details, message contents, or other sensitive personal information.

Email support is separate. If you choose the email option, an editable draft opens in your mail app and is sent only when you send it. Copy request copies the text you entered to your clipboard at your request; the app does not read existing clipboard contents.

Providers, retention, and your choices

See Apple's privacy policy, RevenueCat's privacy policy, and Amplitude's privacy policy. We use these providers to operate purchases, measure product performance, review requested suggestions, support customers, and maintain necessary records. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Local preferences and queued suggestions remain on your device until removed with the app or otherwise cleared by the operating system. Analytics, suggestion, experiment, and purchase records may remain with our providers for those purposes. Deleting the app does not automatically erase provider records or Apple's purchase history.

For privacy questions or requests to access or delete information where applicable, email support@chapinholdings.com or use Contact Chapin Holdings. We may need information sufficient to locate the relevant pseudonymous app record. You can choose not to submit suggestions and can remove the app through iOS.

Children and changes

The app does not ask for an identified account, age, or contact details. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Apple handles purchases and applicable family controls. Contact us with concerns about a child's information. We update this policy and the App Store privacy details when our data practices change.
